Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • In original packaging with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • For hygiene reasons, accessories such as hats, socks, or undergarments are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
