Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has shipped.

• During high-volume periods (sales, new drops), processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Estimates

• United States (Domestic Orders)

  • Flat Rate: $5 per order

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $100

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days

• International Orders

  • Flat Rate: $15 per order

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days (may vary by country)

 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen events.

 

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

• Famous Studios™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries.

• We reserve the right to update our shipping regions at any time.
